School meals may be obtained at school, provided by Mellors Catering Company. A cafeteria service is available offering full cooked meals in the Café Olé. Students may bring a packed lunch if they wish. A Snack Bar is open during morning break and there is a breakfast service available before school.

Our Food Hygiene Rating is 5 (highest possible score) - which was awarded following an unannounced visit from the Environmental Inspecting Officer for Sheffield City Council in November 2023.

It is considered to be in the best interest of the students, particularly from the point of view of safety that lunches are taken at school. Any other arrangements to which parents wish to give their approval, should be indicated by writing to the school. Co-operation in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Confidential arrangements are made for those students entitled to free school meals.

We encourage all students to eat healthily, which includes having five portions of fruit or vegetables each day. There is a 'meal deal' offer every day, subsidised by the Government, providing a well-balanced meal.
