Student Leadership Teams 2024-25
Before half term, our Sixth Form student president and vice president (Jimi and Lisa) alongside the other members of the committee (Edna, Eva, Gabriella, Islamiat, Marc and Riley) attended the first Student Presidents’ Committee meeting this year with Mr Gardiner, Ms Robinson and Mr Beigel.
We discussed their priorities for the year, including management of the Sixth Form Common Room, mental health support and expanding the calendar of social events. It was a fantastic meeting, and we look forward to working with the committee to develop and implement their ideas.
Sixth Form Presidents Committee
Our Y11 Student Leadership Team also began their term in office in October. Co-head students (Mani and Leo) alongside deputies (Oscar, Zain, Eva and Georgie) attended the first student cabinet meeting of the academic year with Mrs Grewal-Joy and Mr Sheppard.
Earlier in the term, they introduced themselves in assemblies and explained their priorities for the year which include strengthening student voice, improving queueing in the Cafe, and expanding the range of lunchtime equipment.
We look forward to working with the team and all student representatives across the school to Make a Difference in the year ahead.
