On Monday 12th June our Y10 and Y12 Performing Arts students took part in a two-hour acting workshop with Isabel Canning (pictured right)

Isabel trained in Musical Theatre at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, graduating with a 1st class BA (Hons) degree.

Her professional theatre credits include: Ethel/Ensemble in At Last It's Summer concert (London Palladium), Tessie/1st cover Martha/2nd cover Betty in White Christmas (UK Tour), Walking cover Baker's Wife in Into The Woods (Bath Theatre Royal), Ensemble in The Witches of Eastwick concert (Sondheim Theatre) and Emma/cover Fanny Brice in Funny Girl (Theatre Marigny, Paris).

Students gained invaluable skills and knowledge from Isabel during the workshop and asked insightful questions during the Q&A.
