Mental Health Support Charities

Sheffield Talking Therapies, previously called IAPT - Improving Access to Psychological Therapies.

STT are a free NHS service, offering various treatment options to anyone who might be struggling with anxiety and/or low mood. STT know that many people struggle with their mental health which can affect many areas of their lives and want to raise awareness of our service. They have experience of working with teachers and other staff in education, who have reported finding the service helpful.
