We were delighted to be part of the Pride of Place launch event on Wednesday 19th June at the Millennium Galleries in Sheffield.

More than 300 business representatives attended and heard from speakers including Baroness Jo Valentine (Business in the Community); Tim Roberts, (CEO, Henry Boot); David Schofield, (Sustainability Director, Aviva ) and Kate Josephs, (Chief Executive, Sheffield City Council).

Mrs Grewal-Joy represented the education sector, speaking about how employer encounters really do make a difference to Meadowhead students, including Hannah (Y12) who spoke about her amazing work experience Loadhog Ltd.

We are incredibly grateful for the professional generosity of our parents, families and those in the local community for their support in securing work placements and voluntary opportunities.
