On Wednesday morning, 23rd April, our school worked with #SeeItBeItSheff, part of Sheffield City Council, to launch a new programme to encourage employers to work with Sheffield schools.

Around 70 employers joined us in the assembly hall to hear from business leaders, students and teachers about the benefits of even closer links.

Eleven Y12 students spoke about the positive benefits of the recent work experience in front of the packed hall – they were an absolute credit to themselves and the school.

The event closed with employers signing up to support our careers programme through our charity Meadowhead Together as well as also pledging to work with schools across the city through See It Be It.
