Y7 Newsletter - May 2020
Our Year 7 team would like to share some news about some of the excellent work and exciting activities our Y7 students and their families have been upto during the school closure.
Hello to all the lovely Y7 families, and of course our pupils.
We are missing you all and we are looking forward to seeing your lovely, smiley faces again as soon as possible.
We hope you are keeping safe and looking after yourselves as much as possible. Mrs Dixon and I have been in school and we have spoken to a lot of you. That has certainly helped, and we have had lots of contact with you via email. Thank you for keeping in touch with us. We hope you’ve all managed to speak to someone from school, either your Form Tutor, someone from the Bridge or pastoral team.
As tough as this situation is for many of you, remember you are a part of a historical event, so keep a record of your achievements, however small, and the skills you may have acquired.
Enjoy the photos below of some of our Y7s who have done some amazing things whilst in lockdown.
Thank you for sharing those, and we look forward to hearing other tales and stories.
Keep an eye on ClassCharts announcements for any useful tips to keep you all going.
You are remarkable, and we are lucky to have you in our school, and year group.
Mrs Smith
